Patricia first became a landlord in 1986, and her rents more or less paid for her 2nd Bachelors degree (law), and she has been happily buying, selling and renting properties since then.
A non-practicing solicitor and non practicing Chartered Tax Adviser, Patricia, says she is “simply passionate about property!”, and gave up the law for Property in 2015.
Patricia is the Founder of ‘Property Money Tree’, and she is a full-time Property Developer, Landlord, Podcaster and Educator with a single strategy of “Maximising Property Values”. She also helps people start, improve and/or advance their own property businesses.
